If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, or if you would like to exchange it, please return your AMÀ product with this form . We will gladly process an exchange or refund the full amount paid (less shipping charges) within 14 days of purchase. Jewelry must be returned in original condition. Please package the jewelry in its original box with extra padding in order to prevent damage during shipping. AMÀ is not responsible for items lost in transit. At this time, online purchases may not be returned through retailers that carry AMÀ  products.

Once a return has been received, your payment will be refunded to you, via your original payment method within 7 business days of the item being received by us.

Final Sales on products are final. There will be no refunds, returns or exchange on final sale product.

Since all malas are handmade by our lovely mala artisans, please allow 1-2 weeks for your order to be processed and shipped. We are happy to issue a full refund on all purchases but shipping fees are not refundable. This applies to any shipping costs applied on your original order, as well as the return shipping for refunds.

We ship all of our packages with Priority USPS unless other arrangements have been made. We will be sure to include your tracking number with your confirmation number.
